POMEGRANATE AND BANANA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- a quarter cup of pomegranate seeds
- One banana
- Half a cup of Greek yogurt
- Five teaspoons of milk
- In a blender, combine the milk, Greek yogurt, banana, and pomegranate.
- Mix the ingredients in a blender until they are smooth.
- Before serving, pour the mixture into a glass and add pomegranate kernels as a garnish.
RASPBERRY BANANA SWIRL SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- Two cups of raspberries, frozen
- Two bananas, frozen
- Two glasses of milk, either non-dairy or dairy
- One container (about six ounces) Vanilla yogurt
- Whipped cream, fresh raspberries, banana slices, and mint leaves are optional garnishes.
- In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, milk, vanilla yogurt, and frozen raspberries.
- Blend the mixture until it's creamy and absolutely smooth.
- A big glass should be filled with the smoothie.
- Top the smoothie with whipped cream if you'd like, and add a banana slice, a sprig of mint, and some fresh raspberries as decoration.
- Serve and savor right now.
